Totally normal. Here are the most common event questions from attendees, speakers, and community members.

How do tickets work, and can I transfer one if I can’t attend?
Tickets are limited and sold online only. If your plans change, you can transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before check-in. Registration details and updates are posted in the registration area.
What time does the event start and finish?
Doors open in the early evening, with talks beginning shortly after check-in and networking continuing later into the night. Final session timings and breaks will be shared in the event highlights before event day.
How do I access the venue, and is it convenient by public transport?
Yes—our venue is selected for easy evening access from metro and major transport routes. Entry instructions, accessibility notes, and map details are listed in venue details. Please bring your ticket confirmation at check-in.
What language will the talks be in?
Most sessions are delivered in Ukrainian and English, depending on speaker preference. Talk language is marked in the published agenda so you can plan your evening flow in advance.
Will sessions be recorded or streamed?
Selected talks may be recorded for community recap content. If recording is enabled, speakers and attendees are informed on-site. We keep audience-focused privacy in mind and avoid intrusive coverage.
